In short
- Property tax is small: 0.1–0.2% of the cadastral value a year, usually under €100 for a resort flat.
- Aidat — the complex maintenance fee — runs €10 to €100+ a month depending on facilities.
- Selling within 5 years triggers tax on the gain; after 5 years it doesn't.
- Utilities are metered, plus a small refuse fee.
