01Who we are
Realtarea is an information platform. We are not a real-estate agency, developer, broker, bank, law firm or investment firm; we do not sell property or take part in transactions. When you send a request we pass your contact to a partner agency, which advises you independently and in its own name.
02Information on the site
Descriptions, prices, layouts, photos, completion dates, payment plans and other data come from developers and partner agencies and are published “as is”. We try to keep them current but do not guarantee they are complete, accurate or valid when you contact us. Nothing here is a public offer. Final terms are set only by the contract between you and the seller.
03Not advice
Site content, guides, calculations and the assistant's answers are general information only and are not investment, legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. Before buying, verify the property, documents and seller yourself and consult independent professionals.
04Returns and forecasts
Any figures for yield, capital growth, rental income, “guaranteed income” or payback are statements by developers or partners or indicative estimates. They are not a promise or guarantee of results. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Property investment, especially abroad and off-plan, carries risks including loss of capital, delayed or halted construction, and changes in law, exchange rates and taxes.
05Outcomes and risk
We do not guarantee that you will find a suitable property, that a deal will close, that a property will be completed on time, or that you will obtain residency, citizenship, income or any other expected outcome. Vetting partner agencies reduces but does not remove risk and does not make us responsible for their actions.
06Limitation of liability
You make all decisions independently, at your own risk and responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Realtarea, its owners and staff are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, lost profit, loss of funds or data arising from use of the site, its information, or the acts or omissions of developers, partner agencies, sellers or other third parties, or from transactions you enter into with them. Claims about a property, transaction, payment or service quality must be made directly against the relevant party.
07Payments
We never accept payment for property from buyers and never hold your funds. All payments are made directly between you and the seller or its representative. A mention of alternative payment methods means only that the seller has stated this option; check the legality and terms of such payments in your jurisdiction yourself.

09Intellectual property
The site's design, texts, logo and code belong to Realtarea. Property photos and materials belong to their owners and are used with partners' permission. Copying without written consent is prohibited.
