Consent
By sending the form you agree to the processing of the data you entered to find property and to your request being passed to one partner agency. You can withdraw consent at any time the same way.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, budget, purpose, destination and comment entered in the form, plus the page it was sent from and campaign tags (UTM).
Why
To shortlist property and pass your request to a partner agency specialising in your destination. We never sell data or use it for marketing without consent.
Who receives it
Only the one partner agency matched to your request. If it isn't a good fit, we pass the request to another partner at your request.
Retention
Up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted.
Your rights
Request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by messaging @realtarea_bot on Telegram or at info@realtarea.com. We reply within 10 days.
Analytics
The site may use Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics to understand traffic. They collect anonymised usage data.
Cookies
We use cookies and browser local storage to make the site work (saved items, comparison, chosen currency and language) and for anonymised statistics. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some features may then stop working properly.
Responsibility
