Rentals will be managed by Valor Hospitality, an international hotel operator with over 100 properties and 3,000+ staff. Facilities include two pools, gardens, a playground, a 300 kW solar plant and fibre internet.

Income and residency

The developer forecasts 8–14% a year from rentals. The 15% VAT is already in the price, and after-tax profit can be repatriated freely. The purchase qualifies the buyer, spouse and up to four children for residence permits.

Payment and timeline
