64
storeys — a tower on the island's waterfront
Ambassadori Island is Georgia's first artificial island, off the coast of Batumi. Its master plan is by New York's SHoP Architects: residential quarters, hotels, restaurants and shops, beaches, a marina and a yacht club. One Peninsula is the island's flagship residential project, a 64-storey tower at the water's edge.
Homes are handed over fully furnished, with generous terraces and floor-to-ceiling glazing. Views take in the Black Sea, the island, the city and the mountains. Residents get pools, fitness and wellness, a sauna and steam room, a padel court, a kids' area, BBQ lounges, cafés and restaurants, a games room, a business lounge and a private cinema.
The developer is Dubai-based HOLM Developments. It is the company's first major project outside the UAE: it has announced more than $250 million of investment in a complex of about 140,000 m².
The central railway station is 5 minutes away, the Old Town 10 and Batumi International Airport 25.
10% down, another 10% after three months, 50% during construction (about 3% each quarter) and the remaining 30% on handover. Completion is planned for Q2 2030. Buying early leaves room to gain as the whole island develops; that is an expectation, not a guarantee.
