Pemba is the second-largest island of the Zanzibar archipelago — quiet, green and free of mass tourism. Infinity Developments (the developer of Anantara Zanzibar) is building a premium wellness resort here under NH Collection, the brand's first hotel in the archipelago. The brand belongs to Minor Hotels, with over 640 hotels in 59 countries.

The project has 171 units: 140 Hotel Suites and 31 villas with rainforest or ocean views, plus a spa, gym, beach club and restaurants.

Income and residency

The developer forecasts 12–15% a year at adequate occupancy. The purchase makes the investor and family eligible for a Tanzanian residence permit.

Payment and timeline

5% to reserve, 15% on contract, 60% in eight interest-free payments of 7.5% every three months, 20% on completion. Handover in Q3 2029.
