About
Infinity Hills is a district by Infinity Developments in Kikwajuni, a short walk from Stone Town (a UNESCO site) and the beach. It has 1,143 apartments, its own mall, restaurants and offices. The island's largest public park and GEMS international school with 1,500 pupils are nearby.
This is a city project rather than a resort: demand comes from tourists, islanders and families staying long term. Owners get rental management after purchase and 15 days of personal use a year.
Income
The developer estimates rental income at 8–10% a year. It is a guide; the result depends on management and occupancy.
Payment and timeline
5% to reserve, 15% on contract, 60% in eight quarterly payments of 7.5% over 24 months, 20% on completion. Handover in Q4 2027.
