Amani Melasti is being built on the Bukit peninsula, 250 metres from Melasti beach — white sand, turquoise water and about 325 sunny days a year. It is a small hotel of 90 units over five floors: minimalist architecture with warm boho touches, open spaces and panoramic ocean views.
The roof has an infinity pool and cocktail bar facing the sunset; the courtyard has another pool, with some rooms opening straight onto it. There is a SPA, a restaurant and a working space. Wyndham will run the hotel.
Timeline and payment
Completion at the end of 2027; the building permit (PBG) is already issued. A $2,000 deposit reserves a unit, with 30% down. Units are sold furnished. Leasehold until 2055, extendable for 30 years.
